the game runs like poop
i have a windows 10
gtx 960
amd a10-6800k
16gb ram
and the game runs at 10 frames i have tried upgradeing my windows 10 to the creators edition but that didnt work how would i fix this?
Edit: i forgot to say that i had good 60fps during prolouge at max settings

Are you using "borderless" via the Display options in game?.

By default the Display option is set to "Fullscreen" which caused me random 10-30 fps drops and stuttering. Choosing "borderless" fixed all my problems (stable 60fps, maxed out options)

Tried all, man. Imma like crazy QA-tester-junior, lol. Still no luck Thanks for advice, anyway.

and sorry for my english, imma russian, just russian bayo fandom so small and unhelping.

WIndows Creator update is th reason it's performing bad. There's a bunch of bugs right now, check reddit or whatever site you get information from. Especially with g-sync. There is a work around but I just stopped windows from downloading the update because I don't believe in these work arounds, it's microsoft's fault they need to correct it. http://windowsreport.com/fix-windowed-nvidia-g-sync-issues-pc/

Just installed the creator update and I am still getting a constant 60fps at 4k (with x16msaa, v.sync all settings max). It is likely just a problem with AMD CPUs currently

Nope, I have problems with an 6700k + GTX 1080 Ti. The problem is the game, not the hardware. During the Prolog I have framedrops down till 15fps with an GPU-Load of 11% and after the prolog only 1fps and the GPU Idles at 139Mhz with 0% GPU-Load.
