Anarchy Reigns + Vanquish

Anyone here remember the game Anarchy Reigns from SEGA? It was like an epic 3rd person arena brawler with over the top action gameplay and soundtrack, they even had Bayonetta in that game! I doubt this would happen but it would be nice to see that game get a port on PC someday.

Anarchy Reigns was a heavily multiplayer slanted arena brawler, something that people simply weren't ready for back then,at least not on consoles, not least of all because console users have to pay extra for online multiplayer functionality.
Considering the prominence of PVP-only games on PC, it could make for a smooth transition.

yeah the game did feel ahead of it's time, in a way the character designs remind me of overwatch, maybe overwatch took some inspiration from them but who knows.

I'd be surprised if anyone who loves Bayonetta and/or PlatinumGames didn't know what Anarchy Reigns is. We don't need a history lesson. I'm all for a PC release Anarchy Reigns though, along with pretty much the rest of the PG/SEGA library.

Unfortunatly not many people knew of this game when it came out, it kinda just flew under the radar, but yeah it would be great if it comes to PC someday if it's possible

It didn't help that Sega america delayed the game at the last possible second (came out in japan on time) and barely gave the game any fanfare when it did release several months later.

Read the lastest interview with PC Gamer. PLatimnum said if it was thier choice they would port every one of thier games to PC.

True :( but seeing Bayonetta on PC has given me abit of hope at a small possible chance of this maybe getting a port on PC someday.

Only if it's playable against A.I. bots in co-op.

No one would play that game beyond its new game lustre honeymoon period, and thus is a waste of HDD space (for its ho hum SP mode only). I'd prefer Fist of the North Star: Ken's Rage on PC, than AR...

It was set in the same world and had some of the same characters, including Jack, but it wasn't quite a sequel.
