Moon of Maha Kahla isn't as useful on IC, since there is no Witch Time, but it is still really useful for parrying and staggering more difficult enemies like the Gracious and Glories. That accessory basically makes you untouchable if you use it right.
Bracet of Time is super useful but you'll need to unlock that by beating the campaign in under 3 hours, or just inputting the phone cheat. It lets you activate witch time at your own will, but it wastes your orbs, so you gotta be on your toes since getting hit wastes orbs.
I use:
A: Shuraba (katana) and Fire Durga
B: Scaborough Fair (default guns) and Lt. Kilgore (rocket launchers)
Accessories: Evil Harvest Rosary and Moon of Mahaa-Kalaa
With weapon set A the combo "P P P Charged K Charged K" is extremely powerful.
Rocket launchers on the feet allows for the even more powerful attack glitch: "P P P P K then immediately switch to set B"
