Funny how changing the wording of the same, identical mechanic is enough to make people claim that it's "dumbed down".
You two are not very smart if you think being unable to get a Pure Platinum rating after using items like in Bayonetta and being allowed to use as many items as you wish and still being able to get Pure Platinum like in Bayonetta 2 is the same thing. It's completely different, and "dumbed down for the masses" describes Bayonetta 2 perfectly. Not surprising at all btw since it was a Nintendo published game for a Nintendo console, and their target is casual players.
Do you think bayonetta herself need an easy enemy?
Even the enemy to hit her should be unimaginable since she's pretty mobile.
Well, the ability to react fast and perform some combo is the challenge of this game.
I think thats the reason i love this game.
If its easy, it'll be boring.
But it's not the same mechanic, using items in Bayonetta reduces your rank, using items in Bayonetta 2 doesn't. That's a big difference.
When people say you get a bonus for not using items, it's a 5000 point (I believe) Halo bonus. Nothing more. You can get Pure Platinum by simply spamming the yellow lollipops which make you completely invulnerable. All it takes is a long time grinding stages to make a batch of them.
There's many more issues with Bayonetta 2 though, which I'm sure any high-level player will agree with.
I guess Nintendo Though "Okay Guy, we need to make Bayonetta 2 a bit more easy, the Original are hard to deal with Casual Player, okay these Boss are not Hard, Lollipop no rank reduce, and these boss are hard. okay let's make their design"
Oh hi! Yup it was a long time ago, I was so hyped for Bayonetta 2 back then. I still love the game but its shortcomings are such a dealbreaker. Bayonetta 1 has issues of its own that Bayonetta 2 fixed, but then it goes and messes with things that didn't need fixing.
Waiting on that Bayonetta 3 reveal now, and hopefully they take the good from Bayo 1 and 2 to make a perfect game.
I hope her hair is new stylish lady women, and i don't know if she is another color. She was Red in the Original and Blue in the Sequel.
how about Green?
Either would be fine with me, and honestly I don't see them going with anything else lol.
