Xbox One Controller Problem
Hello,

I have a problem with my Xbox one controller. Ever since I have two weapon sets, my right trigger switches weapons instead of evading. It's very frustrating since the only way to evade now is to lock and and press jump. Does anyone have the same problem?

Left trigger is supposed to switch them. What does that do? Have you checked the configuration menu?

Yes the left and the right trigger switch the weapon set. It is very weird, since I used to be able to evade with the right trigger back when I only had one weapon set. It seems like the game is confusing the right trigger with the left one. I checked the Windows controller calibration and both the right and the left trigger are on the same z axis, where the left trigger goes in the negative z axis and the right trigger in the positive z axis. Might this be the cause of the problem?

I use RT lock, RB evading, LB switch weapen, LT taun, use steam controller custom system, very convenient!

Maybe you changed accidentally?
Set controller back to DEFAULT and/or modify the settings to your liking. I like the default settings.

Ok, I managed to solve the problem myself and I just wanted to post the solution if someone else needs it.

I downloaded a program called x360ce which is a Xbox controller emulator. I was playing around with the program and I noticed that if I press either the left or the right trigger the program though that I pressed the left trigger. This explained why the game got confused as well. I manged to remap the buttons correctly (not really sure how exactly I did it) but now everything is in order.

Thanks for anyone who tried to help :)

I know this was a while ago, but I found a simpler solution.
Switch the triggers.
Then go into the general trigger settings (the first gear in each group that does not have a button).
There is a setting that said "Analog Output Trigger" you need to switch that to the opposite bumper too.
Do that for both, and you should be fine!

I have some extra settings, but this was the last one I changed that actually did the thing I wanted.
