How's this game optimized for low specs pcs?

I got a GT 620 and i3 and I can safely play almost any game from 2011 downwards and some from 2012. I dont mind 30fps neither lower graphics.

It's pretty good on low end systems, but you still need to be able to hit 60fps. The game was built around 60, not 30.

It was still designed to hit 60 fps on xbox 360 hardware. I doubt you're worse than that.

cpu is a big factor like all last gen ports. I tried forcing the game to run on 2 cores of my i7 once since someone said it helped with the stutter, and lost a good 8-10fps.
