Well, I have same issue, the launcher will just stuck in this look forever:

For more information, 'Known issue' will bring me to their forum 'FAQ РУ' topic, the - and X will work normally, but nothing else will work

If you really want to fix your problem I recommend you join the games Discord server, the people there are very helpful.

My launcher had a hiccup after downloading it, but that was my firewall settings that caused that. Once i fixed that I logged on with no problem and played 4+ hours.

I had excluded launcher on my system and avast and it still don't wants to work, so I think it's more than that, don't seems having much people encountering the issue though

i have the same problem to i can't start a game or write in the tchat i downloaded the game today and wanted to try it but i guess not this time :(
