Anyway to stop monsters spawning on roads.

This fun extra feature is starting to feel like I'm playing in a Pokemon world full of tall grass. The exp and gold they drop becomes irrelevant very quickly. I tried looking around the net but couldn't find an answer to this. There must a solution to this, tell me please.

A flag item does this, "dark orb" I believe. Someone correct me if I'm wrong here but I think you only get that in NG+

Yes, you will get that flag once start a NG+ also it makes you can start a battle on any road node you want for easy quest grind.

I also find out that its actually a certain style of programming they used when making the map, sometimes when you load the game the random encounter doesn't activate so you can get to your next area with ease but when you select the area that is longer than ususal you get random encounters like crazy...

I really don't like this either, in game 3 I was stopped at every single point to the first dungeon. Yes I know it can be turned off, but I think we should of got that option earlier then New game +. Really miss the plan system when playing this game.

world map encounters are really weak enemies, you kill them in like 1 or 2 turn, stop being lazy

Yeah, you kill them in 1 or 2 turns. They're a waste of time and not worth the exp. Stop defending poorly thought out mechanics
