HELP~ not in game issue but it happen during exitting the game

as usual we exit the game by going back to the title screen than exit. Than here come the problem, it remain as a black screen for years...... and it juz block all the window i try to open (window are working but i cant see at all) and i cant close the game in any way i know... Pls some 1 welp~~~

For some reason the game takes an enormously long amount of time to switch out of Fullscreen. Try using Borderless mode instead, if you aren't already.
