Make enemies tougher with Cheat Engine?

Title. Is it possible? How? I haven't been able to.

If you NG+ with carried over characters to do a Noire solo run for example she starts at lvl 23 I believe with level reset and all skills still available (missed opportunity when they didn't patch in FFF:ADFs way that fully resets all stats and levels to 1, as I've been wanting since RB1 when I discovered Neptunia).

Now I'm looking for a workaround. Does anyone know how to make all enemies stronger?

- Sucky Game Discs
- Solo Run (based on the story)

Thanks for your input, I will I appreciate it. However, that still makes me OP with a Noire in lvl 23 in zero dimension.

Besides IIRC you don't always have access to all your discs/sucky games.

How do I make enemies tougher? That question still remains.

For those whom are interested, I think I have found a Cheat Table that can do this. I will test this out later.

On the note of Cheat Engine, does anyone know if it'd be somehow possible to roam the dungeons using the HDD model? The above table does seem to have a 'start of battle HDD' kind of cheat. Some chars I simply like better in normal forms, others in HDD.
