Like many other gamers, I was drawn in by the promises of quality gaming products from Ubisoft. However, my experience purchasing games from this company turned out to be catastrophic and disappointing.

Believing in the honesty and reliability of the company, I invested my funds in purchasing The Crew from Ubisoft in 2014. However, instead of receiving a quality product, I encountered ruthless fraud. Adding insult to injury, in 2024, Ubisoft revoked my access to The Crew, a game I had purchased a decade earlier.

Never was it mentioned that the validity period of my purchase was time-limited. None of the sales terms indicated that the company had the right to take away my game at any moment without a refund. Yet, that is exactly what happened.

Attempts to contact Ubisoft's support were futile. They refuse to listen to me and ignore my requests. The company shows complete disregard for its customers and their issues.

The gaming industry should be a place where consumers feel protected and respected. However, in the case of Ubisoft, this is not the reality. They ruthlessly deceive and deprive gamers of their purchases, disregarding their rights and interests.

I urge all gamers to consider their choices before purchasing games from Ubisoft. Don't become the next victim of this greedy and dishonest company. Support gamers who have encountered fraud from Ubisoft, and together we can hold the company accountable for its actions.
