Great demo! Thank you for sharing. It worked really well for me, the only thing I noticed was at midday the clock says 00.00pm instead of 12.00pm. There's a lot of standing around or passing time so, will there be a harder mode in final version? For example, deliveries from different manufacturers could arrive at different time slots, lower starting money, customer satisfaction at the till could go down a little faster, something like that.
