There are actually quite a few already. They just require a small patch to enable the H content which the developer usually links in the forum. IE The Sakura games, Hunniepop, Nekopara, Sunrider, Princess Evangile, etc.Then you look at the screenshots for those games and they are full of uncensored H scenes, because Steam doesn't care anymore.
