The online lobby system has disconnected.

"The online lobby system has disconnected. There may be connection issues between you and the online server servers, check you internet connection, firewall and router."

That is the message i get when i try to make a account or login to multiplayer (on all dawn of war 1 and expansions). I have no idea why, the ports are open and they game is allowed in my firewall. My internet connection should not be a problem.

I can play multiplayer on any other game including dawn of war 2.

Anyone know whats wrong?

I have exactly the same problem and its really annoying ive done everything to try to get it to work. I wish it actually gave you an error code so you could just type it in and be on your way with a troubleshoot or atleast some help

My games work now, i have no idea why or how but they work.
Maybe you just need to restart steam a couple of times, or restart the computer :/

I read on pcgamingwiki that gamespy multiplayer support was dropped for dark crusade. Can you reconfirm that it is working?

i checked muliplayer around 20 seconds ago and at that moment 5 games were up atleast.
