3.3 gb download/update

Steam is qeued to download 3.3 gb of something from Dark Crusade. Hadn't read anything about an update. Is anyone else having this? Thanks.

Well, I guess I downloaded three gigs for nothing, then :/ And I just checked, my install is still working fine. Not sure what problem you guys are having.

I deinstall the game and install it again on another hard drive. Now i get the message:
"Could not load localiced text. Make sure you are running this utility from your Warhammer\root\directory" What does this mean ????

For the sake of interest: Are you guys German players or from somewhere else? I have a feeling that the new Publisher of Relic, Sega, may or may not have pushed an update that broke the game for those people with a German version, as Steam has a special version for German players (where you can't select other languages for reasons that defy me).

I should clarify, the game is working fine for me. I'm not sure what warning log you're referring to.

If the game crashes unexpectedly, it dumps a text file in your DoW:DC directory (Steam/SteamApps/Common/Dawn of War Dark Crusade) that describes what caused the program to crash.
I currently believe that all those who experience problems (i.e. game doesn't start anymore) actually are German players, based on the problem of the missing local.ini (German players may or may not have a custom local.ini because Germans can only buy a Cut Version on Steam.) If the publisher would push out that accidentally also affected the German players and their version, it might cause the game not to launch - and that's exactly what I expect to be the problem.
Rest assured, I've already contacted someone from Sega Support. We'll see how this turns out.

For me, it's still stuck on launching game, and i thought i saw a syncing game or something else for half a second, tried to verify the files, didn't work.

Hmm, I deleted my local files and reinstalled it again for the seconds time , seems to be working fine now.
