I cannot see my cd key

In Steam library, I can see the cd key of my game by clicking "CD Key" tab, on the right section of the library, under the category "link".

I bought DOW master's collection, and I can see the cd key of DOW GOTY edition.
However, I cannot see the other games' cd key, WA, DC, and SS.

How should I do to solve this problem?

Long story short - As far as I can find, you can't.

Long story - SEGA and/or Steam appear to have "run out" of CD keys, meaning that CD keys cann't be recovered by steam when clicking the CD key button.

This won't result in any problems with single player modes, you will be fully able to enjoy your game all it's single player content, each expandalone has it's own campaign (or rather the same campaign reskinned with more factions) and skirmish will allow you to select any race availible to the particular expansion you are running (Soulstorm being the game with the most factions so probably your best bet.

HOWEVER
Multiplayer is restricted to online only as of some time ago, and while you can play online without a CD key, you are restricted to playing the races of the expansion you have launched, plus the races from the game you have a CD key for.

In your case, you will be only be able to play:
Imperial Guard if you are running WA
Necron / Tau if you are running DC
Sisters of Battle / Dark eldar if you are running SS

in other words, if you launch Soulstorm and try to play online multiplayer, you will be unable to play as Necron, Tau or Imperial Guard.

So, while not having a CD Key actually doesn't hurt too badly, it will make multiplayer unbearably sad.

Oh, I have a small update

A gentleman has provided a pair of CD keys for Winter Assault and Dark Crusade, as well as a guide to insert them into your game.

While it isn't an ideal or even legitimate solution, it does solve the overall problem posed by a lack of CD keys and might save you the trouble of a refund.
