Most hilarious matchup?

I play Seth and I always love it when a Zangief player joins. I just play keep-away and grind down my opponent's patience. It is the only matchup where I have a high chance of defeating someone with much higher PP.

it truly is a hard matchup, but I feel like most players just lose their patience and THAT's why they lose. a good zangief player will manage, even in this matchup.

Hakan vs Dhalsim is .... well like Guile vs Bison, Sagat vs Zangiev and Blanka vs Hawk, 8-2 atleast. Hakan is constanly oiled in this matchup and he can do many mistakes without getting punished hard,lol.
