Opening game in Window mode

Hello All,

I am having trouble getting this game to open up in window mode, even if I put the Steam codes in. Nothing seems to work.

Does anyone have advice? It would be greatly appreciated! :D

Change it on your config file.
C:\Users\[yourusername]\Documents\CAPCOM\SUPERSTREETFIGHTERIV

After you change the settings there, save it as read-only. Be it fullscreen, resolution, whatever display setting is there. That way even if you play the game fullscreen and change the resolution, the next time you run it will run the same the way you set up the config file.

Awesome, I found that file but how do I change it to windowed. I see the "Fullscreen: ON" and the resolution as 1920x1080. Sorry for the noob questions. Thank you for responding :)

Go to library, right click super street fighter IV, properties, go to set launch options, type in
-window and click ok, start up your game and it will be windowed.

Just replace it with OFF instead. And change the resolution to whatever you want. I keep my resolution to 640x360, perfect while I'm multitasking. And I just Alt+Enter whenever I want it on full or change the in-game settings.

Anyone know what the "ExtraTouch" option in the config file does?
Is that just a post processing effect?
