Will these specs run this game?
I wanted to buy USF4 for my friend for his birthday, but I don't know if his laptop can run it. Can anyone help?

Processor: AMD A6-5350M APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics
4GB ram
Video card: AMD Radeon HD 8450G

Let your friend risk his own money. It's an APU with 4GB RAM shared between the CPU and GPU. Highly doubt it can run it at a playable frame rate.

Eh, the recommended amount is 2 GB of RAM, so 4 GB should be sufficient even if shared between the system and the graphics card. A bigger problem is that the graphics card might not be supported anyway, which according to this[www.game-debate.com] website is indeed the case. However, I have no idea how reliable that website is.

You're correct. It was just the first thing that came to mind. I don't think anyone would disagree when I say dedicated > shared. Not to say there aren't APUs out there that could play USF4 but I don't think this is one of them.
the recomended graphics card is a geforce 8600 ... very outdated ... I pretty much think that the AMD Radeon HD 8450G can run it fine. personally I'm running AE on a Intel HD 4400 and it's steady at 60FPS.

According to the benchmark, I can run the game at about 110FPS with
AMD A8-4500M Quad Core APU clocked 2.3GHZ
AMD Radeon 7640G GFX
2x4GB Hynix RAM
1280x720 resolution
Vsync On
FPS Fixed
Filtering Off
Anti-aliasing Off
Backgrounds High
Char. Models High
Particles Med
The rest Low

From my tests with the different CPU speed settings & in-game graphics settings, the most important thing is having >= 2GHZ CPU clock speed. Anything lower caused my FPS to dip into the mid-50s. So, that computer probably could play it just fine, though I would go out and get more RAM anyways.

It's a 5 year old consol game. You should practically be able to play it on a toaster by now.
