Problem with Arcade Stick TE round 2 SF4 for PS3/PC

Hi everyone, i've trouble with my fightstick TE round 2 SF4 for PS3/PC. :/
I'm running on Windows 7 64b.
With my old configuration i've bought a PCI card usb 2.0 chipset VIA, work very fine ^^.

Now, i've a new configuration with PCI-E port, my pci card don't work anymore, i decided to buy a new PCI-E usb card with chipset VIA.
I installed it in my case (powered by SATA), i installed necessary drivers on the net (not the disc) but my fighstick doesn't work :( :(

In game, my stick is recognized (USF4) "Mad Catz Tournament Edition round 2" but doesn't work.

Have you attempted to set the buttons by using the keyboard first?

* Select the fight stick by pressing right or left
* Use the arrow keys on your keyboard to navigate
* Select the inputs, such as UP, DOWN, etc, by pressing the keyboard button
* At the prompt, press the button on your fight stick

Try this for each input. This is a shot in the dark, but hopefully it helps. I have had similar experiences in the past.

Also, if you are curious you can look at the Windows control panel for game controllers to verify that the fight stick is sending button inputs to Windows. Search for USB Game Controllers in Windows to find that. This will verify that the fightstick is working with Windows.

Thank you for your help. Unfortunately your manipulation in the game does not work, I arrived well on my fight stick with the keyboard but when I want to get a touch the keyboard or the stick does not work .
I am also looking into " Peripherals and Printers" the stick is recognized under " PC USB Stick Wired 8838 " , but when I test no button responds in the same calibration , I had this same problem I had was resolved using a uSB PCI card but then even with the purchase of a new card in PCI-e nothing to do .
The strangest I tried an adapter that I PS2 that spring and the USB stick when I press the keys, the LEDs light up well so the stick works but the stick is not recognized by Windows , not suddenly use.

I'm really bored and I do not want to throw in the trash my TE stick R2 that I love :)

I'm not sure why the card you bought doesn't work since it is a VIA chipset. This is the PCIe card that I have and it works fine: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002RL8V7E/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I installed VIA XHCI driver my motherboard don't recognize it !

a priori would need a UHCI driver via xHCI not as given on the CD , but I confess that I did not find my happiness for the moment ^^ if your card runs on W7 64 b ??
In my country your card cost 148€ OMG i prefer to buy a new stick :pp
