Hello Capcom : Fixing the game with steam_api.dll

It has been said latelty that a compiled dll from the steam sdk dev kit will be able to fix part of the online/offline freezes.

The reason could be that the installed one inside the steamapp isn't update from the latest SDK.

Could you run some tests then provides us a clean one ?

Yeah, really. Not many people are willing to download and install something like that from some random guy on the Internet. Besides, how's that supposed to help if everyone isn't using it (or at least both players in a given match)? Again, probably placebo.

Because they want everyone to place a malware infected DLL onto their system so they're spamming the forum insisting that everyone should download from a 3rd party because of "Reasons".
