I think all multihit moves do not have armor breaking properties, unless they are reversals.
- All normal multi-hitting moves
- Almost all versions of Shoryuken
- EX Hadokens, EX Tiger Shots... well pretty much almost all multi-hitting projectiles
- Bison's Knee Press
- Cammy's Spiral Arrow
- Cody's Criminal Uppercut
- Dudley's Machine Gun Blow
- Sakura's Shououken
- Ibuki's Tsumuji
Remember that these moves (outside of projectiles) gain armor-break property if used as reversals. Some multi-hit special moves have armor-breaking property, like Sagat's Tiger Knee, Ken's Tatsumaki, etc.
There are four situations that a player is able to perform a Reversal attack:
Going straight from getting up off the floor (during which you are invincible) into a Special Move.
Going straight from Block Stun into a Special Move.
Going straight from Hit Stun into a Special Move.
If you are hit out of the air by a non-Knock-Down move, you can go straight from your landing animation into a Special Move.
