Beat the last boss on the hardest difficulty with every character without losing any round and with 5 perfects overall.

or finish arcade mode every round under 20 sec and perfect and ultra

Ok, I don't know if you didn't know this but you need to buy the Ultra upgrade which is $15

Wow, what a bunch of losers. Don't spread false ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, that's not what this community needs.

Anyway, you don't unlock them, you obtain them by upgrading to Ultra Street Fighter IV (your game is called Ultra Street Fighter IV, but what you have is Arcade Edition. It's an issue with the appID that Capcom can't fix).

It's not that they can't fix, they don't want to fix the name issue.

Also, OP should simply learn how to read things, as you can clearly see what each DLC this game offers when you are browsing its store page.

who cares honestly. it was much easier for them to make ultra a dlc and its not confusing if you take 2 minutes to research what the issue is
