What does Akuma's Ultra 1 Symbols mean?

It's been on my mind for some time; What exactly do the symbols in Akuma's first Ultra mean?

I think it means "A thousand attacks in one instant".

一 - one
瞬 - instant/moment
千 - thousand
撃 - attack

Akuma's symbols also mean that Akuma IS horribly evil, and thus deserve to be killed (or at the very least purified) by a powerful magical girl.

Capcom, if you put Akuma in the next Street Fighter, put also a powerful cute magical girl as well.

That's a good idea. And removing Ryu in SF5 would make things even better. I still want the magical girl though.

Lore Wise; Ryu and Ken are like brothers so if Ryu was removed it would make sense why Ken would take his place as the face of the series.

youre deeply underestimating japan's xenophobic mindset towards the non-japanese section of the world (which is most of it)

just look at capcoms character design. ken has a cowboy alternate. rufus is giantly fat and talks alot. hakan, from turkey, is literally an oil baron who is obsessed with covering himself in oil. dudley is an uptight rich british man. pretty much all of these characters are stereotypes in some way.

Deejay uses capiore, martial arts developed by slaves.
Dudley boxes, which is a major martial arts in the West.
And Balrog being a black boxer? Maybe we should complain that basketball players in video games are predominantly black.

Hakan is a Turkish oil wrestler from Turkey.
The top ranked heavy weight boxers are overwhelmingly black in US.
People wearing outfits from their cultural background in a fighting game isn't racism.
It's homage and a shoutout to their background.
