How to get fight stick to work on PC?

My Xbox One fight stick won't read the RT, LB or LT buttons and it won't read my PS3 fight stick at all. Is there any fix for this problem? Thanks!

Make sure your USB port isn't fried? Try a different port.

My 360 fightstick works with no problems, though i haven't tried my PS3 one.

Make sure you're configuring the right stick in Button Config and not a keyboard or something, sometimes making sure in Training Mode (request off) is a good idea.

It happens.

Those buttons will never work unless Microsoft releases a complete driver. The driver there is only adds support for the stock Xbox One controller. Xbone arcade sticks have a different build and there's no official or unofficial way to make those buttons work. There's a chance that MS will add support for Xbone sticks to Windows 10 since KI comes out to that. All you can do is wait.

About the PS3 stick: Usually PS3 sticks work plug and play, what stick is that exactly?

I also bought the new Ultra Street Fighter 4 PS3/PS4 Rivals fight stick but thats being shipped right now. Will that one work on PC?

Yes! The TE2 I assume. Yes, in both PS3 and PS4 mode.
