Your keyboards are very good, my only concerns would have been input lag and ghosting. Ghosting isn't an issue here, although I think you should plug both keyboards in, go into versus (human vs human), set one keyboard for P1 and the other to P2 and do what this guy does in this video:

Whichever keyboard wins, use that.
Hitbox is only better that it's guaranteed to have less input lag (USB keyboards have at least 1 or 2 frames of input lag, PS/2 are usually lot better), it's console compatible so can be used at tournaments and is of better quality, it has stick buttons instead of keys which can be pressed more quickly and has lot less pressing travel. There's a chart comparing input methods, including keyboard and hitbox.

.
Im using Mitsumi KFK-EA4XT (similar model: Mitsumi KSX-3) PS/2. No multimedia, no macro and other fancy crap.
I prefere my pad for motionchars, but chargers like Bison or Decapre feel more comfortable with a keyboard.
Here is an example of an hitbox u can make one by urself too there are plenty of guides around to make one cheap and u will be satisfied for ur work

I mean, Luffy won EVO with a PS1 controlller. Anything is possible.
Also, someone know if it is possible to get in a tournament with a keyboard? I've only seen fighting sticks
Well, like I said, Luffy won EVO with a PS1 controller and there was a dude at EVO with a keyboard (didn't get far, but it was his own fault, he did the moves just fine, he just sucked at timing them). Though I'd imagine you'd need an adapter for the XBox 360 to recognize your keyboard. Like this one, not sure how tournament-legal it is, I'm sure the simpler adapters are legal though http://www.amazon.com/XIM3-mouse-keyboard-adapter-360-XBOX360/dp/B004RG5X3M
According to the EVO rules http://evo.shoryuken.com/additional-rules/ It's completely legal as long as you don't use hardware macros and only use the two macros the game gives you.
still not sure whether troll or idiot
