hi m8,

i started to play on xbox 360 with a gamepad, and recently i tried to play on PC with a keyboard, I'm getting "good", but I was wondering if i can really become a pro playing with a keyboard?

for sure, keyboard inputs take a little practice but its easier to get faster at them imo. i learned to play on keyboard on mame and am still trying to match that speed on an arcade stick. still cant crmk super as a confirm on it.

you might considering getting a hitbox controller. and i might as well

If you mean pro by saying pro, not really, tournaments are on consoles and keyboards' support is very limited in that side. You must mod it somehow or get a very good adapter, although I don't think there's one without noticeable input lag which can be critical in a fighting game. If you mean good by pro, yes. There's a guide on playing on keyboard, check it out.

Your keyboards are very good, my only concerns would have been input lag and ghosting. Ghosting isn't an issue here, although I think you should plug both keyboards in, go into versus (human vs human), set one keyboard for P1 and the other to P2 and do what this guy does in this video:

Whichever keyboard wins, use that.

Hitbox is only better that it's guaranteed to have less input lag (USB keyboards have at least 1 or 2 frames of input lag, PS/2 are usually lot better), it's console compatible so can be used at tournaments and is of better quality, it has stick buttons instead of keys which can be pressed more quickly and has lot less pressing travel. There's a chart comparing input methods, including keyboard and hitbox.

depends what do you mean by "PRO".. but yeah, you can maintain 3000-3500pp with keyboard no problem
.
Im using Mitsumi KFK-EA4XT (similar model: Mitsumi KSX-3) PS/2. No multimedia, no macro and other fancy crap.

dunno if you can offline, but online you can become a keyboard hero.
I prefere my pad for motionchars, but chargers like Bison or Decapre feel more comfortable with a keyboard.

Thanks for your answers, and by "pro" I meant good player who place combos in online match :- )
I am a keyboard player and keyboard is good, mine is a normal keyboard, I am not an online warrior but I am good ;) chargables characters are easy to learn with keyboard, and I think "pro" is beacause you play for money in tournaments : o

Why not? i use WASD and numpad keys.. 7 - 8 - 9 are kicks, 4 -5- 6 are punches INS is focus ALT is grab. What i can say from my experience, playing grabbers type chars like zangief with a keyboard is really hard almost impossible. 360 motions are hard to do with keys.. but for the rest you should be just fine. Then i started to use a "Hitbox"... thats the way to go if ur a keyboard player.
Here is an example of an hitbox u can make one by urself too there are plenty of guides around to make one cheap and u will be satisfied for ur work

Here is a video of me i just did playing online with the keyboard , last 30 ko in 3 minutes watch it please :)

Keyboard is king, for me. Might wanna look into a Hitbox for console play, or some kind of keyboard adapter even (there was a dude at EVO with a keyboard).

I mean, Luffy won EVO with a PS1 controlller. Anything is possible.

I can fully recomend a keyboard for this game, it has a lot of usefull shorcuts for diferent characters, even Guile's U1 is hell of easier (and i mean A LOT easier).
Also, someone know if it is possible to get in a tournament with a keyboard? I've only seen fighting sticks

Well, like I said, Luffy won EVO with a PS1 controller and there was a dude at EVO with a keyboard (didn't get far, but it was his own fault, he did the moves just fine, he just sucked at timing them). Though I'd imagine you'd need an adapter for the XBox 360 to recognize your keyboard. Like this one, not sure how tournament-legal it is, I'm sure the simpler adapters are legal though http://www.amazon.com/XIM3-mouse-keyboard-adapter-360-XBOX360/dp/B004RG5X3M

According to the EVO rules http://evo.shoryuken.com/additional-rules/ It's completely legal as long as you don't use hardware macros and only use the two macros the game gives you.
