But when you first go into Multiplayer, it requires a benchmark first?
whenever you change any graphic setting you will get the lowest rank and need to redo the benchmark. and since it doesnt force you to do it before you enter omp i doubt that you had to do it when you played it the first time.
This is something I always questioned myself...
if I change any settings, I am ALWAYS asked to go to Benchmark... I CAN'T go online without doing the Benchmark test...
But there are people who manage to go online with a Rank E!!!!
when you go direct into online mp thats the case.
i for myself always start the acarde mode with the option to get into a ranked online mp match and there the benchmark isnt forced on you which leads to a E rank when you changed your setting and did not do it by yourself.
B-ranker here. No it doesn't. It looks worse...by a huge margin.
It has happened to me twice just by turning V SYNC on and off.
I think 9 times out of 10 when you run into an E rank opponent, they've just forgot to run their benchmarks, most computers should run this game without much hassle. If you don't get an A in benchmark however thats gotta go. First thing I'd do is disable all anti aliasing and switch to 720p, it looks fine, its what the console versions run at. I think soft shadows can be a strain on low end gpu's as well, and it looks quite fine without that as well.
I have an A rank, but a friend invited me to a game before doing the benchmark. So you can be doing multiplayer with friends without benchmarking.
I still occasionally get 1-3 seconds of slowdown randomly during games. Even during training when I'm the only one moving.
