Shirtless Yang
I discovered a little easter egg recently. If you set Yang's costume to Alternate 1 and his color to 10, he will be shirtless (the other colors give him a chefs' apron).

Another costume-related easter egg is Dhalsim's Alternate 1 color 10. Does it remind you of anyone?

Adon's Original Color 10 resembles his 1987 Street Fighter apperance.

Blanka's Original Color 10 resembles his SFII apperance.

Poison has one her colors (not sure not, i think its 8 or 10) that turns her into Roxy, her Pallete swap from FF days.
