Ugh the controls are pain

The default controls, and just moving around the menu. Makes me feal like I'm fighting the game. And not against the computer the entire time. Solo play: want pause to check commands? HERE COMES A NEW CHALLENGER!!!! then on the menu screen: press button 9 for: I'm on a PC, I want to see: press q or t or etc etc to get to a menu.

If you’re new then allow yourself time to master the learning curve. There are only 2 buttons you will use. A for accept and B to cancel when navigating menus. Go to options and turn off online play when playing arcade. It’s actually a great feature when you are looking for a fight and don’t want to stare at a blank screen. Also join the street fighter groups on steam. I will add you. You get a good crew and do endless is far better than playing the arcade- which even on hard is a waste of time. Good luck

go into the controller menu , circle = confirm and x = cancel / previous screen. goto the top by using the directional buttons and tap right until it says JOYPAD or YOUR CONTROLLER NAME. From here use the circle button to change the punch and kick buttons and press circle to confirm it.

I used to play fairly casually waaay back in the day. On Street fighter 2...lol yep...just street fighter 2...then got gifted champion edition for the super Nintendo....youtubes algorithm sent me to maxmillion play SF5...looked fun...

another thing to note is that these games were not designed around m&kb... twas the era for this genre. Reportedly, figuratively no-one in the main communities & scenes used PCs to play their games at the time.

Ok that is true! I may or may not do a bit of cheesing programing some specials to a macro. (thank you Razer!) I do have Ps4 controller as well, because like you said: just pain otherwise.
