I really don't understand how the inputs go, Any Help?

for sonic booms hold back for 1.5-2 seconds I don't really know then press forward + any punch, flash kick hold down 1.5-2 seconds then press up +kick

The white arrow means to "charge." Charging details holding the direction for a short duration, and the black arrow is a norma move command, so it's similar to what Reekoh said.

Capcom, always talking about wanting to make the game "more accessible", but still refuses to put a proper tutorial into their game. Head -> Sand. smh.... but anyway.

Charge back, thrust forward, then thrust back and then thrust forward again and press 3 punch buttons.

The Ultra 1 move is the one I can't do consistently - those direction shifts are hard to pull off. Charges are pretty nice and easy, but for the trials where you have to pull off two charge moves in a row, e.g. Honda, I just don't get it. The charge somehow has to overlap, yet another special rule that is baffling, especially, as was said, without much semblance of a tutorial. As a result, I've managed 70% of the trials, but only half of them for most of the charge characters.

Chargers are also the easiest charakters for Keyborad heroes.
If you use a Controller you can charge back with the analog Stick and use the arrows to pull of the Moves,it's pretty easy.
