then you'll get everything. AE with ALL the dlc, you can even check this out for yourself and you'll see that you own all the dlc costumes for every character. and once USFIV drops the game will automatically switch to that with the extra costumes for the new characters.
why are people here claiming that you need to buy the "full retail" version and not "the steam bundle"? it's exactly the same thing.
I'm not claiming anything. I'm reading what the store says. It certainly should be the same thing, but there's no mention of all the costumes being included. On the official USF4 page it says that only the retail or full download version will receive the previously released costume DLC.

Maybe you or a friend have purchased the bundle and you already know better. Maybe the store page left out what really comes with the bundle. I'm just going off of the available information and trying to be helpful.
yeah you're right on everything you said. the store page doesn't say anything about the AE dlc and the bundle actually didn't come with the AE dlc at first, even though capcom claimed we'd get them. after realizing that people weren't getting the dlc, capcom gave out the dlc to everyone who bought the full version of USFIV afterwards. I don't know who's responsible for the store pages of each game (is it valve or the publishers themself?), but apparently someone forgot about the AE dlc and capcom noticed that later on. either way it's a total mess.
