GFWL is still alive and wont be gone any time soon !

So pretty much what the title says. You can go back to GFWL if you owned the game before the tracission, if you bought the game after the tracsission you are out of luck and most likely need to repurchase the game. you need the disc ;) i have dark souls, street fighter and bulletstorm on my gfwl acc and only bulletstorm is shown under the download tab,

Does anyone know if the DDL version off amazon works? It says GFWL, also are there many players on GFWL anymore?

I have ran into quite some. You dont need the disk, all you need is the verified cd-key provided to you. I have a digital download version of street fighter and i bought it on gamersgate couple of years back when the game first came out. And it works and runs better then the steam version at the moment. I am going to buy one more extra account for my friend if i find it cheap enough on some sites. I will let you guys know if it works.

TBH I'm quite glad about this. Let the people who can't configure their network properly play on GFWL, less retarded games online for me.

I have not bought it my self yet, but i am going to after i finish writing this sentence. :) It does not allaow me to put the link here. But just google onlinekeystore and find street fighter. Its pretty simple, cant go wrong with it.

Just wanted to point out Ultra will not be on GFWL... so staying on that platform will keep you stuck in AE 2012 forever.

Yep most were aware that was the case, which begs the question, why even keep using the GFWL service for Street Fighter 4 at all?

There is still time for ultra to be realeased, and with the realse of ultra i do hope to come back on steam, as you guys previously stated there will be no ultra on GFWL. So as long as i am stuck with the AE version of the game on the PC, and have a choice to play with the most horrfing lag i have ever come across in gaming, or with a decent connection and no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ disconects. It has been a month now sice the last patch for Steam and the lag i presume still continious. Actually, i will go try an online match and find out. I am 100% sure the first match i get into is laging with that "Waiting for the other player" pop up and some random slowdowns.
