Training Mode Reload/Memory Issue
On the console version, pressing back/select on an arcade stick will trigger the memory/reload feature in training mode, after the initial memory point is set. However this doesn't happen on the PC version - a separate button has to be assigned to it, according to the settings - the back button can't cover both.

Can this please be fixed? (Since it's in console versions and not PC I'm assuming it's broken and not intentional? If it was intentional... it was broken intentions lol) It's a feature I used a ton on the console version, and I'm sure I'm not the only one who would like to see it patched up!

I know it's not the highest priority issue at the moment (Decapre & Rolento unintentional nerfs, Steam network issues) but I hope it doesn't take too too long to be implemented.

The PC verison is really odd with a couple things like that. If you want to assign your buttons on the character select screen you can't hit select either and do it. You have to hit F1 on a keyboard. That seems like a seriously odd design choice considering the nature of the game and the fact that a lot of people will be using Big Picture Mode.

I made a thread about this yesterday but no one answered. Using back does not reload anymore. I assigned said button to the back but it removed it from the actual back button so it wouldnt work.

I assigned the Quick Save/Load to the L3 and R3 buttons on my stick. If I didn't have those, I'd remap the 3k and 3p shortcuts as I'm trying to kill the habit of using them.

Yeah agreed, the back button needs to cover all of the options, that is extremely broken

Just wanted to add to this - if you're solely using a fight stick with no intention of touching your keyboard, you CAN'T map the back/select button to reload, as then it says that all of the necessary buttons aren't assigned.

wbacon please acknowledge this?!

It's a work-around, but not a great solution.
This should be fixed, for sure. The reload feature is such a great addition to training mode.

Was practicing yesterday and mapped the 3 kick button to reload, but I kept forgetting I mapped it mid-combo and killed my combos :( it's simply not practical to do it any other way but the back button uggghghhhghh

I'm surprised this thread hasn't received more attention, surely there's more than a handful of people who are unhappy about this?

i wish there was a solution :(

It has been fixed. Or maybe it wasn't a problem this whole time. In the PC version, there is a specific function called 'Reload'. You will find it at the bottom of the Button Config. There you will find "Reload". Bind 'Back' or whatever button you want to it and it works great.
