Rival Schooled achievement question.

I just got the "All Clear" achievement for finishing Arcade mode with all the characters. Never switched characters midgame and completed it on hardest with all of them yet I didn't get "Rival Schooled".

Do I have to play through the alternative rival fights some of the characters have too? I think there were 6 characters who got a new rival in SSFIV but you can still access their vanilla SFIV rival with a certain button input. Anybody knows the characters and the button input?

Yep you have to.I guess they are Ryu,Cammy,Chun-Li,Guile.
You just have to play the game again with those Charakters,they will appear as Rivals if you play the Arcade Mode a second time with them.They will appear instand of the new Rivals.
For example you play the first time with Ryu then you got Ken as Rival.
If you play now again with Ryu you will get Sagat.

THIS:

After getting All Clear, go back and play Arcade mode on medium or higher with the 6 characters who have alternate rivals: Ryu, Seth, Chun-Li, C.Viper, Cammy, Guile. To fight the alternate rivals, hold down all three Kick buttons. Also, if you didn't press any buttons the first time through, then you will automatically fight the alternate the second time through if you don't press any buttons.

On the subject of rivals, the USFIV characters don't get intro cinematics for their rival fights?? Or is it just me? Seems even more cheap than their still not having trials for AE or U characters :(. What did we pay for again?

What?!? Didn't tried yet, but if it's true this is hilarious (ironic). It seems we paid for the worst Street Fighter IV version.

Added characters since the AE update don't get rival cutscenes. That includes the Ultra newcomers.

Everybody will get new trials in a future patch which will introduce an up to date trial mode that no longer reverts you back to original SSFIV.

The Ultra characters don't have rival cutscenes. There's the normal conversation during the match, though.
