No fullscreen option for USFIV??

It seems that I can only play this game windowed on my PC. Are there any ways around this??

you would just make it "FullScreen=ON" instead.i used this to make my game windowed, but alt+enter is a lot easier

Moreover if I restart steam and street fighter, now it is ever in full screen and I can't play anymore!
