OH, it does mention the creator in the files (if you dig through and read every redundant .ini file) , I never noticed it before now as I was more concerned with removing the files that delete things people don't want deleted (replays for example)
I'll add Eric-Chen (The original Chinese Author of this) to credits right now

In fact the file that mentions the creators name was a .ini file that unlocks all the DLC for free (which was why I removed it)

I turned his "illegal" save into one that everyone can use that wants to stay 100% legal.

There! Another lie. People who'll download from my link will know that Eric's name is right there in front (a folder inside the 3DM folder named Eric-Chen) and not just in the .ini file. So PLEASE don't act like you were dying to give credit. You altered the file to remove DLC, fine. You didn't credit the creator nor the provider(which is me), WRONG!!!

And I don't need to emphasize this enough that IT IS ME WHO FOUND IT & YOU along with everyone else GOT IT FROM ME. So I DESERVE to be credited. Otherwise the creator wouldn't have shared this with you himself in a LIFETIME!

And just tell me, was GMFB the "creator" of the first save file that he shared? NO. Yet don't you give him credit everywhere? YES. And did you ask him about the original creator??! NO. And who are YOU to ask about the source anyway??!
