Difference between Ultra SF4 and regular SF4

So, what are the differences in terms of content? What does Ultra do that regular does not? Thanks.

A bunch of new characters, stages, an additional ultra for each character etc etc. The main difference though is that theres still people playing USF4, while SF4 is completely dead, as it's just an older version of the same game.

Yeah, most of the good players play using fight sticks. Just be aware that SF5 is out and most of the playerbase moved over there, but some people (myself included) still exclusively play USF4.

Vanilla SFIV has more SP content than Ultra does.

Outside of the Arcade Mode,you get Survival and Time Attack.
But your progress won't be safed,because Vanilla IV requires GFWL.

Be aware that SF has almost no single player content whatsoever. It's intended to be a multiplayer game.
