Problems with SF4! BLACK SCREEN/NOT LAUNCHING

Hello!
I have some issues with orginal SF4(not Ultra, not from steam, orginal box game).

Problem is that when i try launch the game, that start. I see SF 4 screen but it's black.
No sounds, just black screen, after 4-5 sec, game shut down.

I already:
-update all codecs for media player
-changed the cfg file for BAK
-updated Windows Live app
-try to run as admin with Win7 preferences
-reinstall the game
-updated Win 10

Go to control panel, then programs, and uninstall Game For Windows Live, then go to the Xbox website and download the latest version manually.

Hello!

I have the issue on Street fighter 4 ultra, the game is not launching. I open the game and the black screen open for 2 seconds and then closed. I have windows 10.

Could also be a missing codec for the intro videos? I had that once, installing k-lite fixed it.
