i tried reinstalling and verify integrity of game file. still nothing

I'm experiencing the same exact issue. In my library, the game is listed as "Ultra Street Fighter IV," but the game that boots is SSF4AE. Once in-game, I see the option to purchase the $15 Ultra upgrade, as if this content was seemingly not included with the pre-order.
