I have to buy the digital upgrade?
Hi. I just bought the game in (g)(2)(a), it appeared as Ultra Street Fighter 4 but when I installed it and put it, it tells me that it is Super Street fighter 4 Arcade Edition. I miss the characters of Poison, Decapre, and 2 more. And I have Oni and Evil Ryu.
I have to buy the Digital Upgrade so that the name of Ultra and these characters appear to me?
I found it strange because the name of the game I have is Ultra and it appears on Steam as well.
Its tell me is SSFIVAE Ver. 2014 (1.12) in the main menu

Yeah you have to buy the upgrade. They had to change the name AE to ultra for some reason

Edit: that's why you don't buy from g2a

I’ll try to describe the differences between the different versions of Street Fighter IV and what makes Ultra Street Fighter IV unique:

Only Ultra Street Fighter IV has Edition Select mode where you can select: SFIV, SSFIV, SSFIV: AE, SSFIV: 2012, USFIV, Omega versions of the characters.

Ultra Street Fighter IV has a lot more costumes where you can select from these costumes for example with Chun-Li, Cammy, Ryu, etc. if you own the costume DLCs.
Alternate Costumes: Original, Alternate 1, Alternate 2, Alternate 3, Alternate 4, Alternate 5, Alternate 6

Only Ultra Street Fighter IV has Red Focus. The Red Focus Attack, known in Japan as Red Saving Attack or simply Red Focus, is a mechanic introduced in Ultra Street Fighter IV. It is considered a "revamped" Focus Attack.

Ultra Street Fighter IV characters:
|Decapre (USFIV), Ryu (SFIV), Ken (SFIV), Edmond Honda (SFIV), Ibuki (SSFIV), Makoto (SSFIV), Dudley (SSFIV), Seth (SFIV), Gouken (SFIV), Akuma (SFIV), Gen (SFIV), Dan (SFIV), Sakura (SFIV), Oni (SSFIV:AE), Elena (USFIV)|

Only Ultra Street Fighter IV has: Decapre, Elena, Rolento, Poison, and Hugo.
The other versions of Street Fighter IV do not have these characters.

The other versions of Street Fighter IV do not have these stages.

If you already own Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition on Steam, you can upgrade to Ultra Street Fighter IV by getting this: http://store.steampowered.com/app/301660/

Ultra Street Fighter IV is the definitive version of Street Fighter IV.
Therefore, it is the one that most people play. So, it's much easier to find an online match if you own the Ultra version of Street Fighter IV.
