Stuck on Create and Account

When I start up this app I'm stuck on creating an account for some reason. When I click on "Skip" It loads to like 55% and then bring me back to the create account page quickly. I went to create an account to see if it would let me through but when I click register it says "Internal Server Error". What has happened? I haven't used it for a while, like a month of so, but it was working fine before.

I'm using a Pimax 5K Super. It was working before and I was using this HMD but now it's not.

It was working before? So if you were already using Bigscreen and had an account before, is there any reason why you can't just use the same account instead of creating a new one?

No I didn't have an account in BigScreen mode before when I was using it. So at this point I can't do anything with the app. I was planning to make an account just didn't yet, but now I can't lol.

I'm not sure what's going on, but have you tried making an account on our website[www.bigscreenvr.com] first, and then logging in using that account?

Sorry I'm so slow lol but I did make an account on the website like you said and then login on the app and got through just fine. So it seems like you can't skip the login or create an account within the app itself for some reason.
