Can't Get Remote Desktop to Work

I've been trying at this for hours but it still won't work. I know I put in the right code as I typed it in many times, also it doesn't have to do with my WiFi because I already tried rebooting it but still no luck. Is this just happening to me?

i just started oculus go, installed in oculus, and updated steam. also have same problem.

@pu2merter The Oculus Go is no longer being supported. Please check this post for details.

For now, for Remote Desktop, if you right click on it in your Steam library, go to the Beta tab, and choose the selection labelled 'Use for Remote Desktop with Oculus Go'. Please note this is just a temporary fix that will stop working when the old servers this version runs on are shutdown sometime after the holidays.

@markmgk Please make sure both your Quest 2 and Bigscreen on your PC are updated. If they are on different versions, they will not be able to see each other.

For everyone else, you didn't say what headset you're even using, but if you are on Go, see what I said to pu2merter, and for everyone else, see what I said to markmgk.

Same problem here. Installed Bigscreen Beta on Oculus Go and then installed Bigscreeen on Steam and ran the "Play Desktop Client"....it will always say "Wrong ID entered. Check your Internet Connection."
