Remote Desktop Isn't Streaming to Friends

My friend is hosting a room and he is using a Quest 2 and using the Bigscreen Remote Desktop software on his PC. Some days it works just fine and I'll join his room and I can see and hear his desktop stream just fine. But most of the time I join his room and all it says on the screen is "Bigscreen" with a black background. I can't see or hear his stream at all.

He's tried everything from restarting the software, restarting his computer, reinstalling the software. Sometimes it will randomly start working. But most of the time it just doesn't work and we call it quits.

Has anyone found any fix to this? Is this a known major flaw of this software? Have the devs commented on this yet?

Thank you. I told him to check that he had the same account logged in on the desktop and on the headset and sure enough he had two different accounts logged in for some odd reason... It started working after that.
