I feel dumb! How to move positions in Bedroom BIGSCREEN

I don't know how to move the screen in the bedroom environment in BIGSCREEN
I lay down on my bed and the screen is sideways, if I use the oculus button to recenter, it just recenters the menu. Also how do you adjust your height and the screen height? Sometimes when I lie down, I am "inside" the bed (the pillows are obstructing my view LOL)
Also if I do manage to fluke the right bed height, the screen is too close to me, ie. I have to move my head to see the whole screen.
What am I doing wrong?

I'd love to see the answers to this. I gave up and switched to DeoVR for watching movies in bed on Quest2.

You can move your personal monitor by pointing at it with your controller and using the grip buttons to 'grab' it and then reposition it where you want. You can also use the sliders under the Desktop section (or Remote Desktop if you are using that) to adjust things like distance, size, and curvature.

If you're referring to the big screen, those cannot be moved in the rooms, but the personal monitor is resizable and moveable.

Try restarting Bigscreen. If it still happens, make sure you aren't pointing at the menu when you try to turn, since the touchpad or thumbstick is used to scroll the menu in those cases.
