Where do I get the Bigscreen mobile app?
I might be dumb, but I don't know how to "Create a room in Bigscreen on your mobile VR headset" , where can I get the app?

For mobile users, you should be able to find the Bigscreen app in the Oculus Store. You can download it either using your phone's Oculus app that's synced with your headset, or directly in VR by searching for 'Bigscreen' in the store there.

Can I stream from Steam BigScreen in desktop mode to Oculus Quest BigScreen?

Not steam games, just in general. I'm not sure if there is a desktop version of Quest Bigscreen.

I see. So it's not possibble anymore to use any other VR headset other than the 5 that is listed in the Oculus mobile app?

Bigscreen allows you to stream anything that you normally would be seeing on your desktop, so yes, you can. You just need to right click on Bigscreen and launch it as a Remote Desktop client and follow the instructions from there.

Anymore? Bigscreen has only ever supported Rift, Vive, Pimax, WMR, GearVR, and Oculus Go. Now with the launch of the Rift S and Quest, we support those too, as well as the upcoming Valve Index.

As far as mobile headsets go, it's always just been the GearVR (S7 and up only), and Oculus Go/Quest.

Thanks for clearing that up, one last question.
The Samsung Gear VR-R325 seems to be supporting the S6, are you sure you're only supporting S7 and up only?

Yes. We tried to get Bigscreen working on the S6, but the processor just couldn't keep up, and while it would run, it ran pretty badly and wasn't really usable, so you really need at least a S7 or better.

I have a nothing phone 2a, would I be able to stream what's on my phone in bigscreen app on meta horizon? Aka meta quest app

In order to stream your own content to Bigscreen, a Windows based PC is required. If you have one, you can cast your phone to your PC and from there to VR.
