Does BSVR have a built in web browser?

I ask because I'm planning on buying the Oculus Go and with my current living situation (living out of a car) I can't stream from a PC.
I was thinking of like, going into Bigscreen VR and bringing up a web browser then streaming stuffs from YT and Google Drive.
