ok after 2 months waiting for a reply i get nothing, i did what you asked for emailed the logs. and still not working and still cannot use it , would be nice if you could help me get this sorted as i would like to use it again was such a good bit of software.

I'm having trouble desktop streaming. It did work about a week ago not I'm having trouble connecting. Someone from the lobby told me I need to update and I tried that. Still no solution. Any advice??!

i can watch a movie trailor no problem. but if i try to watch a channel i get black screen (so dont want to buy moive tix untill i know it will work... is there a patch comming to fix this or is there a fix i can do to get it to work? also currently res is better in the my oculus "room" than big screen just FYI. also is there going to be support for other streaming services in the future like Netflix?

if anyone thinks they will get a fix for any problems you have from there discord server you are going to go away laughing your socks off the mods in there have no clue worst app ever is bigscreen for multi-player use hosting etc i dont know what is going on but my advice for hosting a room would be not to latency is a real problem STOP wasting your time what ever they suggest NEVER EVER works my advice is find some other app to socialize in anything is better then this

just joining a big screen lobby could allow an attacker to "infect" your Bigscreen instance. From there, they could join your private room, see everything you see, see your desktop, turn on your mic, and even install malicious programs with no interaction from you (and more).
