FIX THE GAME CAPCOM

So, I'm going to start my message off with an important bit of information; if you own this game, you CAN still play it. You do have to install a legacy version of Games for Windows Live to start, but after that, it actually will still work online thanks to the XBOX app. So just make sure you update your XBOX app and sign into your XB Live account and you CAN still play this with your friends.

That being said, the first log in takes FOREVER.

Anyway, the game itself. It's XBOX, Late 2000's Third Person shooter through and through, and with the current landscape of things, I actually really appreciate that. It's dumb, it's melodramatic, and it's comprised mostly of set pieces, but at the end of the day the gunplay is solid, the controls feel tight and responsive, and it's a ton of fun, alone and with friends.

It's not playable on Linux/SteamOS right now due to Games for Windows Live, but if you're on a Windows PC, then rejoice, you can still hop online and play with your friends. That being said, please fix this, Capcom, it would be nice to play this on the go.

The Lost Planet series is in serious risk of being lost to time if Capcom don't pull their finger out and do something about it. It's been 4 years and the game is still unavailable for purchase and no news on a long term solution.

Tragic because the franchise deserved better than this.
