So no, playing it legit isn't an option anymore, hasn't been since 2016 apparently because the game physically won't allow it anymore.
So unless capcom fixes it. I don't think anyone is going to judge you for cheating.
So far your only shot at getting the suit is to download a program that allows you to open .big files, and go into the coding of the game itself and locate the TIR suit and helmet and change their values to "True" don't remember if that was from 0 > 1 or simply changing it to "Unlock"
You can still find the thread online, but the difficult part is to get a program to open these kinds of files to the point where they're readable and more importantly, can be edited.
I've open .big files, i've find the TIR suit and helmet location but I can't find the values to change, have you the "thread online", because it's the difficult part for me :P
