Co-Op Crash - Ante Up

I'm not 100% sure on this, but I think I have it down. Not posting in the report thread because nobody who could fix this is gonna read that.

Short version - In co-op, if you attempt to start the poker game for Ante Up, it can crash out of nowhere. I assume that the cause is Jack. Sometimes, in co-op, he fails to appear in the room where he's supposed to and if you try to start the game then, crashy time for the host. If he is there, it'll work fine.

I know of no hard fix to this, but the best work around I can get is to go over to the poker room in single player, THEN invite your co-op buddy. That seems to get around the issue, but it doesn't stop it.
